In a joint effort to advance digital governance, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region XI, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, held a two-day Government Web Hosting Service Training on September 18–19, 2025, at the Engineering Hall. The training provided LGU personnel with hands-on experience in building and managing official government websites, covering topics such as:

• WordPress and WAMP Server setup
• Plugin installation and content structuring
• Media file management
• Live website demonstration

This initiative supports DICT’s mission to enhance public service delivery through secure, accessible, and citizen-friendly online platforms.
