STUDENT PERMIT (SP) REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 yrs old and above ( 16 and 17 years old must have parents/ guardian consent and must submit photocopy of valid ID of guardian/parents)
• For married women, must attached PSA marriage contract, valid ID in married name
• Medical certificate
• PSA/NSO birth certificate (photo copy only) but must present original copy
• Government issued ID, if not available, barangay certificate with picture
• Theoretical driving course certificate (seminar)

SP FEE: ₱1,900.00

MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Emission test result
• Insurance
• Stencils (chassis and engine)

Four wheeled MV – ranges ₱2,100.00-₱2,500.00

Trike RE compact series (tricycle bao-bao) – ranges ₱1,600.00 – ₱2,000.00

MC without sidecar – ranges ₱240.00 – ₱500.00

MC with sidecar – ranges ₱300.00-₱500.00

EMISSION TEST –          Motorcycle — ₱500.00
